I was extremely please with the level of customer service received from Abra, in particular Bill Wotocek. He would always call close to the end of the day to give me a brief update on the status of repairs, with his best estimate for when the vehicle would be complete. He truly made our experience great.

The repair looks great and the customer service was super. The repair would have been done sooner by a day if a part would have arrived before COB on Friday instead of Monday. Bill Wotocek was just great - very pleasant, professional and very timely with his communications regarding status and when the car would be done. Bill also took care of having a couple minor scratches buffed out on the car during the repair which was nice and unexpected.
