My car was dirty inside. I had to spend an hour cleaning it out. Body work and paint was done well from what I can tell. However, I expected a better job cleaning up the inside of my car and wiping off the interior and windows. I hope you'll take this advise. Bill did a great job.

Most of the work was well done and the communication throughout the whole process was great. However when picking up the vehicle after the work had been finished I noticed there were a few things that still needed to be addressed. There was a scratch in the new paint of the front bumper. The side fender and rocker panel scratches were painted well but there were new scratches and neither were re-aligned. Thankfully Abra has agreed to fix all of these issues. I only wish it was done properly the first time.

**** I think you did a great job overall but this is what stops me from being completely satisfied
A - stop sending me text messages without my permission - I gave you a phone number for you to call me and an email for you to email me - I do not want text messages
b- when I asked you to stop sending me messages you sent me a message saying you would stop but then you sent me three more messages - don't you guys understand that no means no - don't you listen to customers
C - when I picked up the car there was a light warning light on which needed to be repaired - could you have checked this beforehand?
Overall great BUT the above areas are the only thing I'm not happy about
