This is my second time having to go to service king, and I am not disappointed. They kept me up-to-date, got me my car back way ahead of schedule and when I arrived Fred was even touching up the little chips and scratches on my hood with some paint! My car looks better than it did even before my little fender bender, and I feel as though you guys wash it better than the car washing places around town. 5 stars. My service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed on the progress of the work to my car,explained all the steps taken for the repair. He went line by line on my receipt, showed me the work that had been done. He was very polite and helpful. I will use Service King again if I ever need repair work on my car.
