Loved updates. Felt the staff was sincere. Took "awhile", but think that is from volume of business who trust Abra with their car repair. Took longer when the repair started, but no one could open the hood to anticipate the needed repairs. Best part: getting my car back as "good as new" AND so clean!!!!!!
