The work is excellent, first and foremost. I also appreciate how simple the intake process was, how hassle-free the management of insurance claim was for me, the communication/updates throughout the service, and the ease of picking my car back up. Staff was friendly, respectful, customer-focused rather than 'company policy' focused. Well, at least in this case company policy IS to take care of the customer without reference to how much other work is in the shop or outside parts/resource complaints, etc.
I will definitely refer others to this Service King location.
