Upon filing a claim with USAA, I was immediately contacted by Ray at Service King to set up an appointment. He was very helpful amd took care of everything from start to finish, I didnt have to worry about coordinating an inspecation or someone to do an appraisal. The work done on my car was unbelievably superb; I didn't even recognize it when I picked it up, and I don't think it looked that good when I bought it new (It had a very bad scratch when someone ran into me at a red light). The interior was vacuumed and cleaned, the car looked shiny and new. Intook it in a Wendesday and had it completed for me Friday, very fast work indeed. There is even an Enterprise Rent A Car so you can drop your vehicle off and step right into a rental, if you need to. I can't say enough good thiggs about everything they do there. Thank you guys again for a great job well done!
