I loved receiving the text to update me on the progress of my car. However, I was notified on Thursday afternoon (the 6th day my car was in the shop) that my car was 50% completed with repairs. Then late Friday afternoon, I was told me car was done and I needed to come pick it up either Friday before close or Saturday morning. I'm more than happy to have my car back, but was given little notice to get to it. I work two jobs and have little 'free time'. When I was told it was 50% completed, it seemed to me there was still roughly a week remaining.

Incredible service- The front office staff was exceptional and Brent did an awesome job! Not just with the repairs, but with communication as well, which is really important when you hand your vehicle to someone. They gave me an eta of 3/31 for my vehicle to be done (this was a couple weeks ago, they had to order a couple new doors, paint and everything), but I was scheduled to move to Missouri on that day. When I got that notification, I replied asking if there was any way they could get it done by 3/30. Brent replied directly saying that he is going to talk to his manager and do whatever he can to make that happen for me. From there, I recieved text updates every couple days letting me know the progress and when to expect the next update. My vehicle ended up being done on 3/29, in great condition, and they even cleaned the interior/washed the exterior. When I thanked Brent for making that happen, he said that he was hoping to get it done even sooner, but that they had to order a decent amount of parts. I would highly recommend this Service King location to anyone needing auto body work done. Long review, but they are 100% worth it! (Getting a lifetime warranty on the work done is always a plus too)
