The vehicle was never fixed or even inspected for the collision. There was a visual check done but no diagnostics or anything on an issue with the drive capabilities of my vehicle which I just purchased 6 months ago. There is a loud sound coming from underneath my car and an engine light. You guys checked the history of the check engine light but couldn't even tell me what the current light is for. Just the history. Auto zone was able to tell me immediately. It's sad that you have so called "mechanics" that can't even check a check engine light and that is something else that was not repaired due to your techs inabilities.
