My representative, Michael, was awesome to work with. He set expectations at the beginning of the process, kept me informed during the repair, and exceeded my expectations by working to get the repair done incredibly early. One of the technicians even gave my kid a Geico stuffed animal when we came to pick up my truck, which he was very excited about (even though I don’t have Geico insurance ????). The whole team did a great job.
