I wanna start off by saying I did receive excellent customer service,all the employees I encountered, were professional courteous,and did everything they could to make me comfortable during the process,and communicate the repair along the way. When I picked up my car it was parked behind the building kind of closely to other vehicles, and was pretty dirty, I would’ve expected to pick up a clean car considering the front bumper was taken off and painted. I wasn’t under the impression that my vehicle was going to be detailed but I feel like you could’ve at least been washed her hosed off and possibly kept inside until pick up. There is also some kind of smell in the car, it smells like wet interior, or possibly could be fumes from the paint? There also was a towel found in my backseat ,that possibly could’ve been damp, or wet and might have dried in place leaving the smell.

The whole process was easy and efficient my car was back before the anticipated date and it looks brand new. The best was how clean and detailed my whole car was when I picked it up. So grateful Hartford works with and recommends Abra. Thankyou!

I was very pleased with all aspects of Abra's service. The receptionist, the estimater, arrangement for Enterprise all were highly efficient. Communication throughout the process was exceptional. The bumper looks great and the cleaning of the car itself was a nice treat. The gentleman who checked me out was thorough in explaining warranty and making sure I was well satisfied with the finished work. All in all a very good experience. Would recommend Abra to others.

Mike Dressel was amazing and walked me through each phase of the process. His knowledge of what it takes to do the job right is extensive and very impressive. He instills confidence that you've brought the car to the right place. What a wonderful front man to represent your company. I can wholehardedly make this statement even though Michael is my son. Steve Slaughter makes what he does an art form and his attention to detail is spectacular. Not cutting corners is what separates good from great! A tip of my cap to Donald Masrshall on the paint job.It's nearly impossible to be perfect. I've looked at the paint job from every possible angle, in the shade and in the sun. I couldn't find a single flaw. Hector Rodriquez capped the job off by detailing the car in a spectacular fashion. The car never looked better, even when if came off new at the showrroom flooor. The appearance of the car when you finished is amazing. The finished product reminds me of when I went to the Masters in Augusta. The golf course was the most beautiful I have ever seen. It seemed perfect so I began searching for a single flaw. At the end of the day I was yet to find one. So sometimes all you can say is WOW! I drove from Maryland to Georgia to have this work done by your shop and left knowing that the trip was more than worth it. I was searching for the best and feel that I found it at ABRA in ****, Georgia. Thank You for a job well done!
