Ed Carter is absolutely fantastic. From the moment I dropped my car off, he was pleasant, knowledgeable and he kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. Ed treated me with the utmost respect and understanding. He was a joy to work with.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to interact with any other employees ... but I am very pleased with my entire experience.

When I brought my vehicle in the mirror on the passenger side was working fine and it's not working now I took it back and while the mechanic say they looked it over and it seemed to be caused by some other issues I know it was working when I took it in I will take it to Nissan to have the problem fixed but I was unsatisfied with that
