Overall, I was dissatisfied with the service I received. I was originally told this would be about a 5 day repair and it ended up taking 16 days to get my car back. I was told inaccurate information about where my car was located and timeline of repairs. I was not given honest information about the delay of repairs. I was paying for the rental car out of pocket so the delay in repairs and inaccurate estimates created frustration and financial hardships. Tim took over service for my car and was awesome and helpful. I wish he was in charge of my vehicle the entire time.

Specifically Michael was always on top of updates of my vehicle through phone calls and text messages that it made me know my car was in great hands.
