We’ve never really had an issue with a car accident in recent past, fortunately, but our experience with David and his team at Abra, was great. Very professional and knowledgeable group. We had to fly out of town for family business which put a tight deadline on the car work. The folks met the deadline (we fly out tomorrow). David would message us daily with status report. I was informed First choice parts would be off market brand. But it was an cost effective choice to use OEM for my Acura. I appreciate this because not only does it means I had an original part, it meant ABRA, my sales rep was looking out for my best interest. I will definitely consider using ABRA in the future, whether via insurance coverage or not.
