The staff is friendly. My rep kept me informed about the status of my repair. Having Enterprise in the same facility made it convenient for me to obtain and return the rental car. The location was convenient to my home. I think they washed and cleaned my vehicle which was an unexpected pleasant perk. I asked for an estimate of a non-related item and I received two quotes. Everything went very well. The only improvement I can think of is that one of the service people that inspected my vehicle smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. It was so strong that it was VERY offputting.
