Everything went smoothly, things were handled professionally and great customer service. I appreciated the updates via text. It was convenient that abra worked with enterprise rental so my involvement was minimal and one less thing I had to worry about. The interior of my car was also vacuumed which was a nice touch. Lastly that they worked directly with my insurance made it also less stressful. Would certainly use again if needed and recommend to others.

I had specifically asked to be notified with an estimate of cost to repair before any work was started. They did not notify me. When I went to pick up the car, they couldn’t find my key. It was like The Three Stooges as several people were arguing, in front of me, about who gave the key to who.
