I’m sorry but I’m not completely satisfied with the work performed on my vehicle. The back end seems to be uneven and my trunk doesn’t open as it normally does as well as shutting it. I mentioned it to Ron and he tried to tell me because of the damage it’s different. But that isn’t true. My trunk opened and closed the same before the accident and afterwards. So I very upset with the whole process. Some of my information is incorrect on the paperwork plate number and I believe the claim number is incorrect as well. I was first told I had a Ford F-150 to be worked on. How can one get that confused with a Scion iA?
