Please don't send those cheesey and disruptive texts. I didn't get the email telling me about them (and how to stop them) until the day before my car was ready and I had received 3 or 4. Got the "last mile is the hardest" text TEN days before my car was ready.
I get that you are trying to provide good customer service, but all the friendly texts,emails and calls come off as not genuine and annoying. I just wanted to know when I was getting my car back.

Difficult to reach on the phone. They would leave helpful messages but when I called back I had difficulty connecting with anyone who would help me. I really needed the alignment checked due to the fact that the accident was fairly high impact and my car was parked and I don't think they did that. Some of the issues may have been with the insurance company as well so I'm not holding abra completely responsible however I am on the go a lot so when I call back and cannot reach anyone it is extremely frustrating. The work that was done is fabulous as far as I can tell and the women at the front desk Linda Wallace in particular, they were very nice and helpful when I was in the store for drop off and pickup.
