I was very impressed with the customer service and the collision repair although when I looked at the inside of my vehicle there were new soil marks in various areas of the vehicle. The soil marks included a large boot footprint, pen mark on the driver side interior, black sticky substance on the steering wheel and seat, several black marks on the carpeting, scratch on seat tracking, etc. I was able to clean most, not all, of these marks up, but don't expect to have to do this when paying for a big collision repair. Also plastic ziplock bag with a screw was left in trunk area, and there seems to be a rattling sound that wasn't previously there - but will need to investigate this further. These issues make it appear that whoever was working on the vehicle was sloppy and not careful while handling the vehicle. I noticed these issues because I bought this vehicle new in April and it was in pristine condition. Don't know if this happened because the seats had to be removed or something, but the interior condition of the vehicle was definately not this way when I dropped it off.

They tried to return the vehicle several times without conducting a thorough quality assurance check. Debris in paint on new hood, dirty hand prints on the driver's seat and missing heat/sound deaden pens from under the hood to list a few. Plus a scratched "new" windshield.
