Updates were readily offered - and on the rare occassions when they weren't I could always get someone on the phone when I called. Staff knew what was going on with my repairs at all times, and offered realistic expectations for timeframe. If an aspect of the repair went long,, I felt that they went the extra mile to get things done for me in as timely a manner as was possible. I hope I never need an auto body shop again, but if I do I'll be calling Amy and her manager Brian at the Littleton, CO location. I will definitely recommend them as well.
