Your company was highly recommended by my insurance company, but as an individual I believe there is plenty of growth in the area of customer service. Mark my representative failed to follow through on 3 different occasions, and in the end didn't even strive to improve on my experience. I will continue tl be in contact with my insurance to voice my displeasure with this experience.
