I liked how I was kept in the loop about the repairs being done to my vehicle. Everyone I spoke to was professional and helpful. If I had a question that they didn't know off the top of their head they would call the shop and speak to the mechanics actually working on my vehicle so they could answer my questions. Since the repairs done to my vehicle took longer than anticipated, Barrett's of Lacey decided to have their tow truck deliver my vehicle directly to my home, and then take the rental and return it for me. That was a very unexpected, thoughtful, and helpful act of kindness! If I ever need repair work done again, I will definitely come back to Barrett's of Lacey!

Since the repairs were made, I have noticed unfamiliar engine noises when starting in the morning and other unknown metal-sounding noises coming from the repair area. Although the appearance is nice, these new grinding and clinking sounds are very undesirable. I will be scheduling a follow-up appointment next week since there is a warranty.
