This was an AWESOME experience from start to finish! The level of professionalism was unparalleled. John Witherspoon took his time and made sure I understood the process and answered any question or concerns I had. I am SO glad that I did not take precious investment anywhere else. Are expectations were super seeded by the work of Abra,from the secretary Tiffany to are adjuster Brandon. I was told my car was ready. When I opened the rear hatch I found the right rear speaker had been broken off its mounting studs. ABRA did a patchwork fix, but did not claim responsibility for the damage. I had to spend almost an hour waiting for the work to be done.
