The first time I picked up my car the job wasn't done correctly. Eric's customer service was poor. In general I was not satisfied with the services rendered.

Every individual with which I interacted was curdious, friendly, and professional . My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. When there was a slight problem with some over-spray that had not been removed from my Ford, a representative was sent immediately to my home and had the issue resolved within forty-five minutes. I very much appreciated the daily updates via my iPhone. I am highly satisfied with the service I received.
