A simple fix that should have taken no more than a week took over three weeks. Then when I was notified my truck was ready to be picked up I inspected the work done. The headlamp and singal lamp the were replaced were not only installed wrong but cracked and damaged. To be clear I was informed these were new parts, they seemed far from it. Finally when I get a call an additional 2 weeks later I can not visibly see any faults in the fix. I will never use abra again and will recommend to others not to go to abra. The amount of time needed for simple tasks that are not done correctly reflects on the people working there. I can only picture a group of mentally challenged monkeys looking at wrenches and **** exhaust pipes. These are the people you hired.

Everything looked brand new! Did have an issue with the light adjustment as it didn't fit snug to the body but was fixed on the spot. Also felt Les Schwab charged you too much for the tire; 308. The most expensive I could find for the same exact tire was 190!!
Detail was great too. Wish I could get the product name for shinning the tires! Best results I've seen.
The daily notices about my baby were cool too! Nice personalized touch to a less than enjoyable process.

Scheduling took way too long. Pick up was difficult because no one answers phones on Saturday
