Even though the service was impeccable I was disappointed to see a brand new hood and bumper on top of headlight housing that was still dulled and parts of the car directly under the lamps that had nicks (unrelated to accident). It would have been really nice to get a call asking for me to pay out of pocket for that simply to keep a uniform continuity of paint on the front of the car. The new parts/paint mixed with older paint with nicks makes it look "worked on". Sort of disappointing after such great service and communication.

I will never use ABRA. They did not fix my car and wanted to reschedule my appointment because someone else's car came in to be fixed. I thought that's what appointments were for. Total loss for them. Would never recommend them to anyone. Ever.
