Although we were satisfied with the work done, there were a few mishaps along the way. First of all when the car was collected, the handle had not been done. It had to stay for extra days. When it was collected for the second time, the door would not open. Brought it back again and you fixed it but how would this not be noticed before you released the vehicle.
Anyway, other than the couple of things noted above we are very satisfied with the repair work and will consider using Abra in the future.

Very friendly staff and great body and paint work. He truck looks great. However. I repeatedly complained about a noise in the rear wheel that wasn't there before the incident. As well as the fact that the truck pulled sharply to the left after an alignment. Even though you kept it an told me you realigned it. It still pulled sharply to the left. As well as the fact that the tire you replaced on my truck did not match the other three. Indeed it was a retread. And I asked that you either replace it with a matching tire or put the old one back on. You did neither. So I had it done myself. After I put the old tire back on the truck no longer pulls to the left. It flies straight as an arrow. And I fixed the noise myself by simply adjusting the damaged calaper holding the brake pads. So yes. The body work was great. And had you listened to me instead of **** me you would have saved a few more days of rental costs. But what do you care. Insurance payed for that. And now you are paid and I am gone. Would I return or refer you? Absolutely not. But your **** was backed with courtesy and a smile. And for that I thank you.

The technicians only did the minimum to fix my truck. I mentioned there was a rattling sound coming from under good since accident, that wasn't looked at or fixed. They replaced the rear hatch door but left our a noticeable piece from the top piece because they use a used foot to repairs truck. The paint and work is great other than going above and beyond to please the customer. It was a total inconvenience that we were rear ended in the first place. I believe abra should aim to please the person whose car they are working on and not so much the insurance company.
