Chris and Josh were excellent. I have worked with Chris when the company was named Collision Solutions. However. The front office girl is quite rude and very unprofessional. She has a very snotty attitude! She was rude to me today and also when the car was dropped of. Not cool.

I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times due to the glass people either unaware of the appointment or because the wrong glass was ordered . I bought a gas gift card for my girlfriend who was inconvienced as she was kkind enough to pick me up and drop me off. I would expect some a business that has provided below par service to compensate their customer as well. Some suggestions would be: offer free windshield wipers , lower the cost of the installation, gift card.

I was pleased with all the updates. I really like that u get pictures of the process. Marvin my abra consultant always made me feel like I was valued as a customer. Kept me informed and let me know that he was here to help me. When I picked up my car I noticed a couple of things that needed to be looked into. Like my lightbulb on my dashboard was on,but not when I dropped it off. The break light looked like it needed to be snapped in as well as thr right bumper underneath the light. I voiced my concerns to my Marvin and he quickly responded with I'm here to make sure it gets done and gets done right. After he took it back to fix those issues he stated in the furture anything I can do to help u. You have my card just give me a call. Remember u have a year warranty. I know u dated this was a lease if they see any problems just let us know we will take care of it. I really really appreciate that. Marvin Bullard thanks a bunch!!!!!!!!!

I was promised to receive my car back on Monday, July 15th. Paintless dent removal on my door was not completed properly and there was an extra layer of paint on the corner of my rear bumber that needs to be sanded out. I was asked to come back on Thursday, July 18th and the issues would be rectified within **** hour while I wait. I visited the office only to be asked to come back on Wednesday, July 24th to fully fix my car. I am relocating to Germany as soon as I sell my car and waiting additional 10 days to have my car fixed is not helping me at all!! I need to get my car into perfect condition ASAP so I can sell it without reducing the price. Unfortunately this is my second time having issues with Abra body at Thornton,CO office. Excellent customer service, however the quality of the work that technicians do is extraordinarily poor!! Never seen them completing the job properly at once.

This was the worst experience that I've had with a repair shop. My puck up daye changed four times; which is absolutely ridiculous. Plus, When driving at expressway speeds my car make a loud noise.
