The replacement grill on my BMW is black and the passenger side grill (the original) is silver and I didn't realize it until now. Hoping this can be taken care of one way or another. Thanks

I was told by the representative handling my claim that the bumper would be "replaced" on two separate occasions, one in which I asked in particular to make sure I understood the repair in its entirety. Unfortunately, I was not given a quote in writing to prove this statement. When the repair was complete the representative then told me the the bumper was "repaired" because it was "cheaper." I will not be recommending ABRA nor using them in the future. The sales associates should provide a written/printed estimate with all services being listed. This way, the customer is informed in writing and there is no such confusion.

I received my vehicle and went home. Upon trying to open the sliding can door by remote the door wouldn't open. It was working properly prior to leaving it with Abra. The technician came to my home but was unable to resolve the issue. We will have to bring it back to the shop to further investigate. We do not have rental services with our insurance company. We have dealt with using one vehicle for a week while my spouse was on vacation but he will be returning to work. I'm not too sure I would recommend your company.

Jason in Brookfield did an exceptional job keeping us informed, answering all our questions and representing your services. When the weather is in the 90s and high humidity, give the man short sleeve shirts that are thinner. I think the first contact lady was Julie. She also was exceptional in knowing the business and was very efficient in handling the intake and outtake of the cars. She has excellent people skills. Both contact people were wonderful to work with.
