We felt the turn around time for the repairs was slow - we didn't really appreciate the 'cheesy' emails telling us how the car was feeling. The people we encountered we all nice but I wasn't sure they were really listening to what our needs were for the return of the car.

My vehicle looks great, but the side view mirror was not tightened when reinstalled. I advised the representative and have an appointment after work on Monday to fix it. I also had a concern about my power window, where a large dent was located. They are going to look at it on Monday as well
