Was told auto was ready but upon inspection, the paint had many "fish-eyes". They first said it was rock chips but when I pointed out that was the section they were suspossed to have fixed, they agreed to redo the job. This should have never passed the QC inspection in the first place. They agreed to redo the job. Took two more days but finally did an excellent job.

There were at least five problems that were not fixed and possibly one problem that was created at Abra. The time quote was for four days and it took almost 3 weeks to get my car back and then to get it back to have no quality assurance no inspection of a number of items that I personally pointed out to your technicians is very very disconcerting. The vehicle overheats when driving uphill with the air conditioning on the air conditioning does not work as well as it Used to the high beams to not work correctly one of the highbeams is out there are at least two or three interior lights that are not working that should've been replaced And there is a dent small ding in the passenger side front door but I don't recall seeing on the car before I dropped it off at Abra Your staff was all very polite and nice but there is no way I should of gotten a vehicle back with this many problems after almost 3 weeks of leaving it with you It seems apparent that no one inspected the vehicle prior to releasing it to me and that is very disconcerting Furthermore I had to pay out-of-pocket for the rental car for a process that was very long and now I have to come back on Tuesday morning to get work done that should've been done right the first time i hope you'll do the right thing at least cover my rental expenses while the car is fixed properly since I'm already out of pocket almost 500 on rental car expenses to date I was told to bring the vehicle in Tuesday morning at 8 AM and a rental car would be waiting for me I called the rental car company and they say no reservation has been made so I reserved it in my name but I shouldn't have to I find it almost incomprehensible that with all the extra time you had my vehicle that no one bothered to check to see if these repairs were done correctly especially in light of the fact that I came in early and pointed them out individually item by item before I dropped the car off. I would greatly appreciate it if someone from your office would contact me on Monday morning after 8 AM to discuss this issue in its entirety not only to make the vehicle right but to make me right too
