We were delighted to find our jeep detailed.

When I got my vehicle, there were still damages that were not addresses. The fender that was replaced already had paint chipping off of it. The pilar that should have been replaced, touch up paint was put on after I addressed it. I was at the auto shop for 45-60 minutes while the pilar was cheaply fixed. The interior was very upsetting. When I got into the car, there was an inch of dust. I know I did not leave that car that dirty. Also, a tire was replaced. I had to pay a betterment cost which I was never aware of. After pricing that tire, I found that same tire for 140-150. The shop bought the same tire from a tire shop that had to special order it for 177. Big O does not sell Bridgestone tires. Rather then using a store that you have connections with, you should look around for the best deal, especially if the cost is going to get passed down to the owner of the car. The window washing fluid resivor needed replaced an it did get replaced. However, they did not fill it with fluid. Little things like filling the fluid and cleaning the dust off the seats are easy and leave the customer with the idea that their experience was positive. I am dissatisfied with both the shop and the insurance provider who paid for the repair. I will probably not use Abra again. Family owned shops seem to care a little more about their business.

While I appreciate the goal to have everything done right, the timeframe on my car kept getting pushed back again and again, going 5 days over what they told me in their updates. I really wouldn't have minded had I just been given a realistic timeframe. Instead I had to keep re-arranging my schedule to make time to pick up my car at all the different times I was told it would be done. There was this big "final inspection" that was made a big deal out of, and I was glad to at least know they wanted to make sure they had everything right.... However; there were several blatantly obvious things that were missed. Luckily they are planning on fixing them, at least there is the warrantee. But that being said, I'm not sure ill use them again.
