I am generally satisfied but I would not say 100% completely. The customer service was very good and the personnel with whom I spoke were couteous and professional. The car was clean when I picked it up. However, I think my new bumper is a shade lighter than the rest of the car. Some of the surface body panels don't fit as smoothly as they did originally (where the rear bumper meets the rear quarter panels). In light of what I just said I still feel I would consider ABRA again if I had more auto body work needs. Thanks..
