The car looks great and so far I am satisfied with the quality of your work. I did not find the e-mails as helpful. I appreciate Brian, but the e-mails should be eliminated or be more detailed in status of repair, remaining work etc.
I also realized that I only had a quarter tank of gas when I dropped the car off, but my overall satisfaction with Abra got off to a bad start when I got my car back and the low fuel light was on.
