they went above and beyond what the insurance company paid for and changed out a burnt bulb that would have cost me an arm and leg to get fixed they did it as a courtesy because they knew I was upset over it and they were there to make me happy I would definitely recommend them in the future

Let me say that I wish I had taken my car to your shop first! Spradley Barr was reccomended by Progressive and believing they had a good reputation i decided ok. When I went to pick up my car when completed, I could visably tell my car had not been fixed right. And voiced my opinion, but Spradley Barr said thats all they were alowed to fix. So I told Progressive I was taking my car to the shop of my choice for re-examination/second opinion. As I suspected things were not done and fixed to the way it was prior to the accident. I am extremely satisfied with ABRA and the team. I only know two people by name who worked with us while my car was in your shop. And their names are Dan and Jeff. Extraordinary employees! I wish I knew everyone by name who worked on my car so that I can thank them as well and I hope you pass along this message to them letting them know how completely satisfied I am for all their hard work! My car is beautiful and it sounds great! Thank you so much for everything and I appreciated you keeping me informed each day by phone or text message! Some of which put a smile on my face!
