Every thing was great as far as the repair was concerned. The only problem we had was in when the car would be completed. They told me three different times and even the last one was 45 minutes later than we dixcussed two hours earlier. This seems small however, every time I was told a time I then made arrangements for a ride to get the car or to be where they then agreed to deliver it. It never turned out to be what was told to me. Veryunprofessional there. Just say the actual time and stick to it. A later completion would have been better if it was accurate and I was made to jump through so many hoops.

One of the replacement parts were damaged when Abra received it. Instead of trying to make the damaged peice work; they immediate contacted their vendor and got another, undamaged replacement part ASAP. During the entire process Justine kept me informed and up to date. When I retrieved my vehicle, it was in excellent shape, and fully cleaned.
