Very easy to work with, smooth transaction with Abra and Farmers insurance. I was originally told that some of the Toyota emblems were on national back order due to the new model RAV4 and that I would need to stop back with they arrived later to have them installed, but the day I picked up my truck ABRA got them installed. What a pleasant surprise.

Not only did they finish the repairs 3 days early, the took the time to wash an vacuum my car, as well as make sure everything else looked alright.
