I had set up my repair while on vacation to be done upon my return
I came for my appt. and the part was not there yet. I had asked to
Be contacted if there were a problem and no one called. The part
arrived damaged and that was not their fault. I was offered the
Opportunity to come and have the part put on and then come back for the
Other part. I opted to do both together and was told it would be there today.
No one contacted me to tell me it was there so I called and went in right away.
At that point it was fixed promptly by a very nice tech. I feel that the communication was less than it should have been. And I should have been contacted prior to my initial appt. so I would not have gone to the shop when the part was not there.
