Not timely. Not truthful. Due out was 5/20 not 5/22 and only after multiple calls did we get it then. Unprofessional staff and reception. If ever asked by anyone for an auto body recommendation , will tell to go anywhere but ABRA ( formerly Collision Solutions). Multiple meaningless text messages that did not reflect reality or serve a real purpose were annoying. You got your money from the insurance carrier. I finally got my vehicle back. Now, please, quit bothering me. I would have sent back the comment card but it wasn't preaddressed and I am not willing to waste a stamp.

My truck was in due to hail damage. When I received it everything looked fine until I got home and noticed my hood was to large and didn't fit. It sits out over the front of my truck and it sits to high on the back end. The rep told me that was the hood that was coming up to order but its very obvious that it was to big. The rep told me that he would try to find a fit from the after market yard. So until then I am dissatisfied with the services.
