I had a WONDERFUL experience taking my vehicle to be repaired by your well-trained and very courteous staff. The receptionist, Jaymee, was friendly and helpful when I called and also made the drop off and pick up very easy. I didn't have to worry about arranging the rental car or calling anyone else. It was there within 30 minutes of my arrival (I was early) and I left it with them when I picked up my car. With my super busy schedule, that was a welcome relief. Justin was so informative and friendly, he put me at ease when an additional issue was found with my car. He kept me up to date daily so I didn't have to wonder what was going on. He's a great employee and you are very lucky to have him. His customer service is phenomenal. Troy went above and beyond when I realized I'd left my laptop in the trunk of my rental car. I called a bit frantic because I was almost to school. He very graciously got my laptop out of the rental and secured it for me to pick up. He was friendly and cheerful on the phone, not annoyed with my oversight. I'm sure he has better things to do than collect items left behind by customers that are in a hurry. Fantastic service all around and my car looks AMAZING! The detail guys don't miss a thing and it runs and looks brand new. I want to steer clear of any accidents, but if I do get in one, I have peace of mind and confidence in this company's ability to repair my car like new while providing top notch customer service. You guys rock!
