I was satisfied with the service provided to me as well as my vehicle during the time you all had it for repair. Rene was very personable, & due to his history of being a BMW owner that he informed me he was, he could relate to how precious mine is to me.
I did also appreciate the updates received.
However, I'm not sure if the headlight casing(s) or area was touched in any capacity during the repairing, but there is some type of shortage I'm experiencing with the headlight on the driver's side. I have only drove the vehicle maybe twice at night since having it back because the headlight randomly went out & then came back on while driving.
So a little unsure about that cause, and I haven't made it from my work side of the city to Walters before you all closed to inquire, and headed out of town for spring break this weekend.
