My dissatisfaction certainly didn't all fall on Service King. Most falls on the Farmers Insurance Company and what I had to go through to make my car whole again. That being said, everyone is a part of the pieces that ultimately decide a good or bad experience. The food can be great but the service terrible and ultimately it all plays a part on whether I return to that location again or not. My experience from beginning to end during this process was terrible. Service King just happened to get caught up into that experience. I will say this though. Joanne Alford was always kind and as helpful as possible. I thank her for that. Thank you, Fieldin Culbreth.
