The work took significantly longer than estimate. I wasn't told until the day work was to be completed that it wouldn't be done. Seems that's when the work actually started because it was at least another week before work was done. When it was done, the work wasn't correct so add more time. And, you now still have my car because and issue that I was specifically told by the service advisor was fixed wasn't even addressed.

I am very pleased with the work performed and so impressed by the service I received. The staff was friendly and efficient and the work was finished early! I will highly recommend Service King to friends. The only issue I had is with the VERY strong and lingering chemical odor left inside my car. I am driving with open windows (in winter) and imagine that will be gone in a few days.THANK YOU to the office staff, Michelle, and the folks who did the body work!!
