I was very satisfied with service king. I dropped my car off on the 7th and was told it could take 7-10 days. But next thing I knew I was receiving messages and calls saying my car was ready; only 2 days later. Everyone was very kind and inviting and they even gave me a gift bag full of snacks for the road. I was definitely not expecting anything other than the return of my key. It was an awesome experience!

They failed to install (at least) two fasteners to my bumper, which means it was not fully secured to the body of the vehicle. The issue was remedied at that time, but I would not recommend Service King to family or friends.
