I am very satisfied with the attention I received at Service King in Decatur, GA. i believe the employees name was Mark (middle aged white male). He helped me through the entire process of having my car repaired which took nearly two months! He's incredibly personable and treated me with such respect that other repair shops gave lacked in past experiences.. He gave me all the information I needed, explained things thoroughly and reassured me about any concerns I had. I also want to acknowledge that he called me regularly to keep me updated with the status and repairs. I'm happy to say that he even had my car fixed 5 days before the estimated pick up day! I contacted him about trying to push to have my car fixed before the weekend due to the high price of insuring my rental. He assured me it would be done by Thursday-Friday at the latest but I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from him Wednesday afternoon. His customer service exceeds expectations and he was even kind enough to help me remove my car seat and other personal belongings before and after repairs. My only complaint is that service King doesn't provide maintenance services like oil changes and alignment because I would be a regular! Rating on a scale of ****-10: 10!

Theo was my specialist. He explained the repAir Process and made sure I received my rental . He kept me informed on the status of the repairs. The work completed was awesome and prompt.

Mark and Michell (the receptionist) were very friendly and helpful. I was so upset with everything that happened and they helped ease my annoyance by being friendly, consistent and understanding. Thank you all so much!!!!

Your staff was very competent and courteous. I did have a scheduling problem though. Originally I was scheduled to bring my car in on a Friday. However, I was then told that you would not accept cars on Friday. THAT SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR WHEN THE APPOINTMENT TIME IS MADE.
