Very little communication, with the initial estimate at 3700 and no further communication about increase in cost or additional repairs until final bill was received for 6100. In short, huge overrun with absolutely no notification. Also, bill has information concerning back bumper repairs that were never quoted it notified of.
We have always had great service and repair quality, but the last 2 vehicles have been 17600 on an initial quite of 11600 with the Cadillac going back for more work. Do not see returning to Sercice King in the future.
