My car was at the service king location for 47 days. I had to immediately return the next day because a piece in the door was not put back in correctly. Also a Honda dealer noticed that there was a coolant leakage. This was all noticed in less than 24 hours of picking the car up from the service King location. The advisor that handled my claim did not communicate with me through the process, he lied about the time frame my car would be ready. I believe the repairs on my car were rushed through and not done properly and will not ever return to service King for any repairs needed.

Although the process seemed long and unfair the general manager and service advisor made sure it wasn't rushed. However being honest with a client should be priority and the threshold percentages and how that is given should be clarified better. For a person stuck with a repaired brand new car I am somewhat satisfied I'm able to drive safely for now and love my lifetime warranty. Thanks!
