I am truly amazed by the genuinity of providing excellent service from drop off to pick up. Geico, ABRA and enterprises partnership has made a very satisfied customer. ABRA always does an outstanding job. I wouldn't trust anyone else to repair my vehicles.
I went to the wrong location for my appt, but I had to call my husband for more info. The receptionist at the Aurora Abra could easily have piped up to say you have more than one shop in Seattle, and perhaps she could chk at the other location. Alas, this did not occur to her... could have saved me lots of stress!
The receptionist at the Thorndyke location was somehow going to chrg me $500.00 instead of $281.00, I had to question her.
Everyone was very nice and my car is so clean!!
