I was extremely satisfied with the Abra customer service, text and phone call updates on my car, and my stunning repair on my car. Everyone working at Abra was kind, genuine, and happy to answer all of the questions that I had. I had it repaired for a small dent above my front driver's side, and my car looked brand new when I picked it up. I must've said 'Wow!' at least 3 times when Travis showed me the repaired area. They made the car look brand new with the repair, and additionally with interior detailing and waxing (which I wasn't expecting, so I was pleasantly surprised!). I would definitely recommend Abra!

I may call the shop but my main (or only) complaint is that my car smells terrible. It got an ozone treatment to remove odors but it smells worse now than it did before. I was hoping for no odor and what I have is a STRONG chemical odor, which I assume is the ozone treatment.
