Everyone working there was professional and kind but I feel that they felt pressure to get the repairs done quickly so they rushed it and called me on Friday at 5:30 to let me know it was done and ready for pick up but yet they close at 5:30, so if I would have headed over there they would have been closed. Then when I showed up at 8:00 am on Monday, nobody was in their front office, after waiting for 10 minutes I had to ask the Geico guy to go find somebody and then when a representative came out she said the car was ready when in fact they still needed to wash it, which took another 20-25 minutes. So I would appreciate a more organized organization and a call when it it truly repaired and ready to be picked up.
