I am highly satisfied. The team was very professional and efficient through out the engagement. They even stayed back in office beyond 6:30 PM so that I can pick my car and don't have to wait for an additional day. I would love to go back there again and recommend them to others also.

The repairs were done to Subaru standard which is the biggest worry I had working with a company that is not a Subaru dealership.
However the highlight was stepping into the vehicle and seeing a spotless interior, better than I left it. That to me typifies class and deserves an A or 10 out of 10 score in itself; better than Subaru dealerships return my car to me after a service.
So yes as a summary I am extremely pleased with the work performed and would not hesitate or refrain from having ABRA work on my vehicle again -- don't make plans because ultimately I am not planning on another hit and run.

The only comment I have is that you need to be clear about the rental car set up. It was my understanding that the car would be there waiting and it wasn't. I think that is a Geico thing not Pemco. Not a big deal. It just took longer than I had planned. Other than that the whole experience was great. Thanks!
